CLARITY CORE – PROSPECTS

This section guides users through specific tasks and provides information on functionality of the prospects module from recording details of new leads and the resultant sales process, leading to the eventual conversion of the enquiry into a customer account.

CLARITY CORE – CUSTOMERS

This section guides users through specific tasks and provides information on functionality of the customer management module from maintaining contact details to amending recurring charges and configuring renewals.

CLARITY CORE – MEETING ROOMS & SERVICES

Meeting room hire and any ad-hoc chargeable services can be recorded against a customer’s account as and when they are used, allowing a complete history of service usage to be included with the customer’s service invoice. 

CLARITY CORE – INVOICING

This section guides users through Rental and Service invoicing.  The system has a means of automating the production of Credit notes based on previously-issued invoices either corresponding to single lines on an invoice, or to the whole invoice.

CLARITY CORE – CREDIT CONTROL

This section guides users through monitoring the debtor situation at the centre. 

CLARITY CORE – REPORTING

The main suite of centre reports are to be found in the Business Centre Reports module, located in the Customers section. The Prospects reports are accessed via the Prospects module.

CLARITY CORE – MAILING LISTS & BATCH EMAILING

This section guides users through specific tasks of creating new batch emails from templates or using new text, and sending it to the members of mailing lists.

CLARITY DIRECT DEBITS

This section has been created for the Direct Debit  submissions based on the sales transactions recorded in the system for clients that pay by Direct Debit. 

CUSTOMER PORTAL

This section provides information on the functionality of the Customer Portal.

PARCEL MANAGEMENT

This section provides information on the functionality of the Parcel Management.

VISITOR MANAGEMENT

This section guides users through specific tasks and provides information on functionality of the Clarity Visitor module. 

SYSTEMWIDE

This section provides systemwide information on the system’s functionality, settings and configuration.
